Restday in Chilecito... and again some of us really need it
¡Hola!!
I had a good sleep in the hammock last night, my matrass is still leaking, so I thought that it might be better to sleep outside in the hammock. Today we will cycle to Chilecito, a small place in the Rioja department. It is not that long, only 119 kilometers, climbing will be somthing like 850 meters, and the road is completely paved. The sky was completely blue, so we were facing another very warm day today, so carry lots of water, just in case. Everything went fine, only we had lots of headwind, so even gowing downhill was difficult. After reaching Chilecito we relaxed in the afternoon, got some strage Hawai pizza with lots of black sugar, and after that we went to play some pool and have some drinks. For some strange reason we left the bar again early in the morning,

!Buenas Noches¡

Night time traditions on the eve of a rest day still carry on, pleased to hear!! Now that you have all got to the easy bit I am really jealous, hot weather, blue skies, low altitudes and some good roads. I have just spent a few days away with Avril in our motor-home, some blue skies, some sun, some rain and mainly cool at around 6-8C!! I had to get away from home for a few days as it was doing my head in being back here knowing you guys were still going on for 2 more months.
Most of the bruising gone now and collar bone feels like it is knitting together, just wish I could get back on a bike. Stubborn old git that I am, must be more patient I suppose. If you get a chance can you ask Rachel to let me have Stephen's blog address so I can keep up to date with his also, thanks.
Keep going buddy, thinking of you all!!!!!
Hoi knul,
Kim
